Charlie is a leader who exhibits genuine care for his team; and even those beyond his team. His passion to create incredible designs, as well as, incredible leaders is unmistakeable. While I didn't serve under his leadership directly, his influence spread across the company and affected many who weren't lucky enough to call him their leader. Charlie is truly a valuable asset to any team, organization, or client.
